our recent stay in ayia napa was incredible, but athena villa truly exceeded our expectations. the location was perfect, just minutes away from the beautiful nissi beach. the villa itself was spacious, clean, and provided everything we needed, including a high chair and travel cot for our grandchildren. the pool was a highlight, being deep and large, perfect for our large group.

The host was excellent - very responsive and accessible. The cleaner was great too. Easy access to Nissi Beach. Good location for restaurants and shops. Big, deep pool. Beautiful outside area for large groups. Quiet yet close to beaches and restaurants. Well-equipped for cooking, leisure, and fun. Clean pool water. Useful Cyprus travel guides.
Can't fault the property.

I absolutely loved the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the villa. The decoration had a lovely touch of elegance and charm, which made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and offered a sense of comfort, making it easy for senior people like myself to move around freely. It was such a delight to relax in the beautiful common spaces and interact with other guests.
I would have appreciated some additional assistance from the children working there to cater specifically to the needs of senior guests. They could have provided extra support or amenities to ensure a more comfortable and enjoyable vacation for us.
